Support CRASH in the Virgin London Marathon 2010!

Mike Chaldecott, MD of British Gypsum, has boldly agreed to run for CRASH in the 2010 Virgin London Marathon and he needs your support now!

CRASH is very lucky to be given one entry into the London Marathon every five years. As this opportunity doesn’t come around very often, we want to make the most of it and help Mike reach his fundraising target for CRASH of £10,000!

Every penny of your sponsorship will help make a difference to the lives of homeless men & women throughout the UK.

So while Mike is busy running a gruelling training programme in the lead up to the big day, lets pull together to show our support in the best way we can – by sponsoring Mike as he undertakes this immense challenge.

As a Trustee and long-term supporter of CRASH, Mike can be found, along with a team of keen colleagues, bounding his way around the Windsor Half Marathon course every September. So when we started to think about who could take on this challenge for CRASH, Mike’s name came top of the list and we’re thrilled that he didn’t hesitate to accept.

Mike Chaldecott, MD British Gypsum:
“When CRASH asked me to participate in the 2010 Virgin London Marathon, I jumped at the chance. Not only am I an avid sportsman but CRASH is a charity I truly believe in. Please donate as much as you can to help support the work CRASH do and keep me motivated while I train for this 26 mile challenge!”

The Marathon takes place on April 25th so please, make those miles worthwhile and make a donation to support Mike’s efforts for CRASH.

Whether you’d like to show your support as an individual or as a company, sponsoring Mike couldn’t be easier. Simply click here to visit his JustGiving page to make a donation, and leave a message to encourage him through the tough days of training still ahead. Don’t let Mike’s pain be in vain!

Our heartfelt thanks go to Mike for stepping up to the challenge, and to everyone who generously makes a donation to support CRASH in the 2010 Virgin London Marathon.
